What Is Included in a Regular Window Clean?
Here is exactly what you get on a regular round, so there are no surprises.
The short answer
On a regular domestic round we clean the glass, frames and sills as standard, using pure water from the ground, and we text you the day before each visit. Your quote sets out exactly what is included.
Included as standard
- Glass cleaned inside the agreed areas we can reach from the outside
- Frames and sills cleaned
- A text the day before each visit
- Monthly (every 4 to 5 weeks) or bi-monthly (every 8 to 9 weeks) visits
How we clean
We use pure water, brushed and rinsed from the ground, then the glass is left to dry clear. It is a method that does not rely on soap, so there is less to leave marks behind.
Payment and changes
Our preferred payment method is Direct Debit through GoCardless. We also take cash where you will be home, and bank transfer if there is no other option. If you need to cancel or move a visit, please tell us as soon as you can.

Do you do the inside of windows?
Our regular round is external. Ask us if you want something different and we will tell you what we can do.
Do I need to be in?
Usually not, if we can reach every window.
How do I pay?
