Commercial Jet Washing
Car parks, forecourts, yards, walkways and shopfront areas cleaned properly, with the method chosen for each surface.
- Car parks, forecourts, yards and walkways
- Jet or pressure wash, or softwash where it suits better
- Working times and access agreed before we start

Commercial Jet Washing You Can Rely On
Hard surfaces around a business take a beating from traffic, weather, oil, chewing gum, algae and general dirt. A tired car park or grubby forecourt tells customers something about the business.
We jet wash and pressure wash commercial hard surfaces, scoped to your site. Hard-wearing surfaces such as concrete and tarmac suit pressure washing. Softer or more delicate surfaces need a gentler approach, so we choose the method for each surface and say what we plan to use in the quote.
We agree the areas, the access, the working times and how run-off and waste are handled before we start.
Where a surface suits it, we can add a low-pressure softwash treatment for algae and green growth, for example on cladding, rendered walls or paving. A jet wash stays the main method on hard-wearing surfaces. We tell you which we recommend, and why.
What is included
- Jet and pressure washing of the agreed hard surfaces
- A method chosen for each surface, with softwash where it suits better
- Working areas, times and access agreed before we start
- Run-off and waste handled as agreed in your quote
- One clear quote for the whole site

How It Works
1Survey and scope
We look at the surfaces, the access and anything that needs protecting, and agree the areas with the decision-maker.
2Clean with the right method
Each surface is cleaned using jet washing, pressure washing or a gentler method, chosen to suit the surface.
3Clear up and hand over
Waste is dealt with as agreed and the site is left tidy, with the result confirmed in the way you prefer.
Who We Quote For
Every site is quoted individually. We agree who we deal with, which areas and services are included, how often, access and working times, and how you want to be invoiced, before any work starts.
What affects the price
The size of the site, the access, the amount of glazing or surface to be cleaned, how often you want us, and any set-up or waste involved. We do not publish a fixed price, because no two sites are the same.
Documents and site requirements
If your site or insurer needs specific documents, tell us when you enquire and we will confirm what we can supply before any work begins.

Commercial Jet Washing: Common Questions
What surfaces do you jet wash?
Car parks, forecourts, loading bays, service yards, pavements, walkways, steps and the hard surfaces around shopfronts and bin areas, as agreed for your site.
Do you use high pressure on everything?
No. Hard, durable surfaces like concrete and tarmac suit pressure washing. Softer or more delicate surfaces need a gentler method, so we choose per surface and say so in the quote.
Can you work out of hours?
We agree working times with you before we start. Tell us when the site can be accessed and we will confirm what we can do.
What about drainage and run-off?
Tell us what your site or landlord requires and we will confirm what we can do before any work begins.
How do you price a site?
Individually, for the actual site: the area, the surfaces, the access and the work involved. There is no fixed price list.
