How Do You Prepare for an Exterior Clean?
A little preparation helps the visit go smoothly.

The short answer
Move cars and garden furniture out of the way, close windows and doors, tell us about any access issues or pets, and show us anything you are worried about. We confirm the details before the visit.
Before we arrive
- Close windows, doors and vents
- Move cars, bins and garden furniture away from the work area
- Let us know about pets and children
- Make sure we can get to the areas we are cleaning
Things to mention
- Delicate plants close to walls or paving
- Existing damage, cracks or loose tiles
- Neighbours who might be affected
- Any gates or locked areas
On the day
We text you the day before so you know when to expect us. You do not usually need to be home for external work if we can access everything.
