Do you hold a CSCS card or provide a site induction record?
Tell us what your site requires and we will confirm what we can provide before any work begins. We are an exterior cleaning contractor, not a specialist construction trade, so some site-specific accreditations may not apply to us.
Can you work around an active build programme?
Yes. We agree working hours and areas with your site manager so we fit around other trades and deliveries rather than disrupt them.
Can you clean hoarding and site boundary panels?
Yes, as part of a jet washing scope agreed on site.
Do you clean welfare units and site office windows?
Yes, exteriors and windows, scoped alongside the rest of the site.
Can you do a final clean before handover?
Yes. We can scope an external handover clean, such as hard standing, windows and signage areas, agreed against your programme dates.
